Established on April 1, 1980, No. 18.5 Construction and Investment Joint Stock Company (LICOGI 18.5) was formerly known as Construction Enterprise 104 under Construction Company No. 18, Ministry of Construction. The company operates primarily in the following sectors: civil and industrial construction, transportation infrastructure, ports and harbors, irrigation, hydropower, thermal power, urban and industrial zone development, hotel investment, and more.
With rapid growth in production scale and a continuously expanding workforce, the company officially transitioned to a joint stock model on June 18, 2007, under the trading name: No. 18.5 Construction and Investment and Joint Stock Company (LICOGI 18.5).
LICOGI 18.5 takes pride in its contributions to numerous projects of political, economic, and social significance. Notable projects include: the Headquarters of the Committee for Ethnic Minority Affairs, the United Nations Residential Complex, the Bach Mai Hospital Expansion, Terminal T1 of Noi Bai International Airport, Regalia Gold Nha Trang 5-star Hotel, Project No. 4 in the new urban center of Thanh Hoa City, the construction and completion of premium commercial apartment complexes in the Diplomatic Corps Area, lecture halls and dormitories at FPT University, road construction in Bac Tien Phong Industrial Park – Quang Ninh, and the Bac Ha and Son La Hydropower Plants, among others.
